Allie is a black and white female Japanese Chin dog

Alegria | Breeding Female

Allie is our kennel’s first breeding dam and and has already had multiple litters.  She has a beautiful face that is characteristic of a champion Japanese Chin Dog.

Her nose is short and both of her gorgeous eyes appear symmetrical and evenly spaced, leading to the most warm gazes.

Learn More About Allie

Her tail is always curled and hangs vertically down her side to line up perfectly with her hing leg as it passes just to the front.

Her legs are straight whether she is standing still or in a full trot with the expected feathering of the fur in her paws.

She normally weighs in at just over 8lbs and is very petite and graceful in appearance.

Allie has all of the expected Japanese Chin dog characteristics, which you can read about on our Japanese Chin Information page.

She also has quite a unique personality as well, and makes the perfect companion.

Allie loves eye contact, and never tires of gazing lovingly into the eyes of everyone in our family.

If Allie could have her way, she would be content with having me carry her around on my arm the entire day.

She seems to be a finicky eater, but the truth is that she will eat about anything if it comes out of my hand! In fact, long after her food is made available to her, she is still waiting patiently for me to come over and feed her by hand. Talk about royalty!

Allie has a true love of her human owners. It is hard to describe, because most dog owners would say this about their own dog, but I know that this is a genetic disposition because I can see this in one of her puppies, Tootsie-roll as well.

Just as soon as Tootsie opened her eyes and before she could balance herself on all fours, she would rush to the edge of the whelping box for me to pick her up, and she seems perfectly content to stay in my hands all day long like her mother!

Allie has a truly extra special genetic programming that allows her to fall completely in love with her owner. It is this trait, most of all, that I hope she passes on to all her puppies.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Allie a 10+ for intelligence as she will duplicate any trick after being shown just once. I have a feeling that this is a result of her constant attention she gives us willingly.
